I see that the only fair way to do individual taxes is a non-essential sales  tax.

Only items that are necessary for life would be excluded, such as:

• • Groceries
• • Life required utilities (electric, gas, water)
• • Medical  expenses (medication, doctors, hospitals, etc.) but not cosmetic
• • Basic housing, up to an average sized house, excluding non-essential things (theater room, automation, specialty items)
• • Clothing material (cloth, thread, yarn, etc.)

A family that is poor, would be able to live without paying any taxes.

A person who wants a Yacht, with helicopter, would pay taxes.

This would spur savings, which should be the goal of everyone. After an adjustment period, people who do not want to save will pay taxes on things that they want.

Inheritance taxes should not be necessary if using a consumption based tax system. As the money is spent, taxes will be paid on things that are consumed.
